Book Review
Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone
Author: J.K. Rowling
Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone is the first book in the Harry Potter series. One of the many beautiful things about this book series is the movie series that you can watch as well!
Like many classics this book is suitable for both young readers and old. However, I caution those of you who are very conservative in their religiousness as this story deals with black magic. For instance if you’ve lived under a rock and know nothing about these stories let me tell you why I caution. The entirety of the story takes place in a school for magic but just like in the major religions of the world there is both good and evil and things that we do not yet understand.
For kids reading at a level to understand this story I say it is good. There are no bad words like really bad words.
Scale
***** 5 stars!
Parents
This book is safe for readers of all ages.
Death, scary scenes.
